On July 9, 2021, GTEC Holdings Ltd. changed its name to Avant Brands Inc. and on July 12, 2021, Avant graduated from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company’s common shares and warrants are now trading on the TSX under the symbol AVNT and AVNT.WT, respectively.
