Zachary Byce is a paralegal in the Financial Services Group at Cassels, and a member of both the Insurance Regulation Compliance and Toronto Due Diligence teams. His responsibilities include preparing and filing initial registrations and renewals for insurance clients across Canada (companies, agents, brokers, brokerages, agencies, etc.), as well as assisting with due diligence search requests.
Zachary graduated from Georgian College’s Law Clerk program with honourable distinctions in 2018, and obtained his P1 (Paralegal) licence in 2021 after graduating from Seneca College’s Accelerated Paralegal Program.
