Tyler Rogerson (he/him/his) is a member of the 2024 Summer Student class at Cassels. Tyler will graduate with his JD from Western Law in June 2025.
At Western Law, Tyler is a Case Manager at the Sport Solution Clinic which provides pro bono legal advice and representation to Canada’s National Team athletes and other members of AthletesCAN. Tyler has also been a Teaching Assistant to Dr. Rande Kostal for his Legal Research, Writing, and Advocacy course.
Prior to joining Cassels, Tyler served as a Naval Warfare Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy where he deployed to West Africa on Operation PROJECTION in 2022. As a Summer Student, he continues to serve Canada as a proud member of HMCS York, Toronto’s Naval Reserve Division.
Tyler will be completing his articles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Oshawa, Ontario.
