Tish Ouimet is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. With over 35 years of experience, Tish is known for attention to detail in her responsibilities which include drafting and modifying commercial leases, subleases, and lease amending agreements for both our tenant and landlord clients, and post-completion related documentation, such as non-disturbance agreements and notices of lease.
In addition, Tish offers experience in residential real estate transactions, including obtaining title and off-title searches, drafting title requisitions, conducting online searches, preparing closing documentation and attending to closing and reporting of the transactions.
