Tiffany Leung (she/her) is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Tiffany’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, secured lending transactions, and corporate finance matters. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Tiffany was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
Tiffany holds a dual Bachelors of Civil Law and JD from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Preceding law school, Tiffany graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Microbiology and Immunology and minoring in Anthropology. In conjunction with her studies, Tiffany worked extensively on a microbiology project focused on novel antibiotic properties within Arctic soil microbes, which was later published in a scientific journal.
In her spare time, Tiffany travels, hikes, bikes, and climbs as much as possible, and makes it a point to discover the best ice cream joint in any city she finds herself in.
