Tessa Neeser (she/her/hers) is the Assistant Director of Professional Resources – Calgary at Cassels. In this role, Tessa is involved in all aspects of the recruitment, training, and performance development of the firm’s summer and articling students as well as associates in its Calgary office.
Prior to joining Cassels, Tessa practiced as an in-house corporate lawyer at a large North American energy infrastructure company in Calgary where she assisted clients in a variety of areas of the business. Before that, Tessa practiced as an associate in the banking and finance group of an international law firm.
Tessa is passionate about assisting students and lawyers achieve their goals and implementing change in the workplace. She believes in the importance of mentorship and support of young lawyers in the legal profession to ensure development and success.
