Terell Parredon Rhooms is a member of the 2025-2026 Articling Student class at Cassels.
Terell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at McMaster University, specializing in Public Law and Judicial Studies.
During his time at Windsor Law, Terell was actively involved in the student community, serving as Vice President of the Black Law Students’ Association (BLSA) Windsor and participating in several other student-led organizations. He led multiple initiatives aimed at supporting aspiring law students, particularly those from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds, and provided mentorship to individuals pursuing legal education.
Before attending law school, Terell gained valuable experience working in marketing and hospitality, where he developed a client-focused approach and honed his ability to navigate complex challenges to achieve successful outcomes.
Terell is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching football and cheering on the Boston Celtics. He also enjoys collecting vinyl, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
