Talia Rotman is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of land. Talia also provides practical and strategic advice to municipalities and public authorities on various land, expropriation, and infrastructure related issues
During law school at Osgoode Hall, Talia worked intensively on the Innocence Project, was the Director of Mentorship and Internal Networking for the Osgoode Women’s Network, and was a Dean’s Fellow for Contract Law. Talia was also awarded the Jack Friedman, Q.C. Book Prize in Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to joining Cassels, Talia served as an associate in the Real Estate Group at a full service business law firm based on Bay Street in Toronto.
