Simran Samra (she/her) is a member of the 2026 summer student class at Cassels. She is currently completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, where she also serves as President of the Society of Law Students.
During law school, Simran gained regulatory experience at the Alberta Securities Commission, where she researched emerging issues in public markets and cryptoassets.
Outside of her studies, Simran enjoys live music and reality TV.
