Samantha Khaouli

Samantha Khaouli (she/her/hers) is a member of the 2024-25 Articling Student class at Cassels. She completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School.

During her time at Osgoode, Samantha was awarded the Cassels, Brock and Blackwell Prize for the highest standing in Ethical Lawyering in a Global Community. She was also awarded the Walker Law Prize for the highest standing in Advanced Commercial Litigation.

In law school, Samantha was an active member of the Middle Eastern Law Students’ Association (MELSA), first as the Director of Events and later as the President. She was also a volunteer at the FCJ Refugee Centre with Pro Bono Students’ Canada (PBSC). As an avid member of PBSC, Samantha was the 2022-23 Program Coordinator at Osgoode, helping students connect with organizations and gain legal experience while helping the community.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys shopping in local boutiques, exploring the city and attending spin and pilates.
