Rosina Jagore (she/her/hers) is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Rosina specializes in transactional and client support with an emphasis on our public company clients. Rosina’s work also includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance with public and private M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, arrangements, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and restorations. Rosina is also well-versed in other general corporate matters.
Rosina currently serves as a Director and the Vice-President of the BC Paralegal Association (BCPA). She graduated from Capilano University in 2011 with an Associate of Arts degree and in 2013 with a Paralegal diploma. Rosina completed her Bachelor of Legal Studies degree with Capilano University in December 2018.
