Raysa Marcondes (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Regulatory Groups at Cassels. She advises clients on intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial matters, with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, licensing arrangements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, providing tailored legal guidance to meet diverse business needs.

Raysa recently graduated with both a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, respectively. During her studies, Raysa founded and administered the Osgoode chapter of Artists’ Legal Advice Services. Her negotiating team won the 2023 Dentons Annual Negotiating Competition (Toronto) and went on to place third in the 2024 Canadian National Negotiation Competition.

Prior to law school, Raysa completed a Bachelor of Communications (Honors) from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta.
