Rae Ravani serves as counsel in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. Rae’s practice focuses on commercial real estate financing, representing institutional and private lenders and borrowers, as well as commercial leasing matters.
Prior to serving as counsel, Rae was an associate at Cassels and previously practiced as a real estate associate at a Toronto-based business law firm.
