Priya Gill (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Franchise Law and Business Law Groups at Cassels. Her practice involves assisting clients in navigating Canadian franchise disclosure laws, as well as advising on general commercial matters.
Priya is a graduate of the LLM CL program at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. Prior to this, she graduated with an LLB from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Between her LLB and LLM, Priya passed the February 2021 New York State Bar Exam.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Priya was an articling student at the firm.
