Priya Gill is a business law associate in the Franchise Law Group at Cassels. Priya guides clients through the complexities of Canadian franchise laws and assists on a wide range of commercial issues. She is committed to delivering practical legal solutions that support clients’ business goals and strategic plans.
Priya works with a diverse range of clients, from local startups to international corporations, across various industries including food and beverage, hotel and hospitality, healthcare, fitness, retail, childcare and education, and beyond.
Priya holds an LLM CL from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and an LLB from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. She was also called to the New York Bar in 2023. Priya’s diverse international legal experience uniquely positions her to effectively serve both international and local clients, bringing a broader perspective to legal issues and offering tailored solutions.
