Nikita Gupta (she/her/hers) is a member of the 2025-2026 Articling Student class at Cassels. She graduated from the JD program at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University.
During law school, Nikita was actively involved with Gilbert’s Legal Clinic Slingshot, which provided small businesses and entrepreneurs with legal support to advance access to justice.
Prior to law school, Nikita earned her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and HBA degree from the Ivey Business School. Nikita has experience as an auditor at a global accounting firm and a restructuring and insolvency firm.
Outside of work, Nikita is passionate about mentorship and always excited to connect with students and others across the profession. She also enjoys taking long walks, listening to music, or watching standing-up comedy.
