Nanditha Iyer (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cassels. Nanditha’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate and securities law matters.
Nanditha received her JD from Western Law after completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at Western University.
Prior to joining Cassels, Nanditha served as a securities and corporate associate at a boutique business law firm in Toronto.
