Manbir Grewal is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cassels. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Manbir was an articling student with the firm. Manbir earned his JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, graduating with distinction.
Before joining Cassels, Manbir gained experience across corporate finance, securities, and regulatory law through roles at the Ontario Securities Commission, the Investment Industry Association of Canada, and the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic. He has also worked with both domestic and foreign companies as a consultant and M&A analyst, helping firms structure equity raises, facilitate buy-side transactions, and engage in cross-border expansions.
Outside of work, Manbir enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and struggling through the NYT Crossword.
