Mae-Lynn Lefebvre is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. In this role, Mae-Lynn assists with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on commercial mortgage lending transactions, including reviewing title searches; due diligence; drafting title requisitions and closing documents; conducting on-line searches and registrations and attending on closings.
Mae-Lynn graduated from the Law Clerks Program at Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology and is a Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
