Leslie Lang is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. In this role, Leslie works closely with the firm’s real estate lawyers in all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial mortgage lending transactions, including reviewing title searches; due diligence; drafting title requisitions and closing documents; conducting on-line searches and registrations and attending on closings.
Leslie graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts – English and Law and from Durham College – Legal Administration Diploma. She is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has been with the firm since 2003.
