Krystina Norman is a paralegal with the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Krystina focuses on corporate commercial transactions. She assists in the preparation of contracts, preliminary due diligence searches and reports, other interim documents, financings, and closing documents. She also has experience with residential real estate transactions.
Krystina graduated in 2006 from the Legal Assistant Diploma program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, achieving a scholarship for outstanding GPA. Since graduating she has worked, primarily, as a paralegal specializing in all aspects of real estate.
