Kevin Seo

Kevin Seo (he/him) is a member of the 2023-2024 Articling Student class at Cassels. Kevin received his JD from the University of Calgary, where he was involved with the PBSC Human Rights Project, the Business Venture Clinic, and the International Law Society. During his first summer of law school, Kevin worked at the Alberta Civil Liberties Research Centre where he conducted human rights research and provided legal information to members of the public. Kevin was previously a summer student with the firm.

Prior to law school, Kevin obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Development and Political Science from McGill University. He also served as an advocacy director for STAND Canada and the president of McGill Students for Hanvoice. For his efforts, Kevin was awarded the Alberta Council for Global Cooperation’s 2020 Top 30 under 30 award.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing chess, soccer and spending time with his family.
