Julia Trinh is Manager, Transactional Services in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. As a law clerk, Julia offers extensive experience in commercial lending transactions, with a focus on acting for lender, dealing with all aspects from commencement to closing, including corporate and personal property due diligence, drafting and coordinating all requisite security agreements and preparation of reports.
Julia graduated with honors from Humber College in the Law Clerk Accelerated Program in 2011 and is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).
