Joshua Gordon is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group at Cassels. Joshua advises clients on all aspects of corporate restructuring, insolvency, and related litigation. His practice includes representing debtors, creditors, court-appointed officers, and other stakeholders in complex insolvency proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, informal restructuring proceedings, receiverships, and enforcement of security. Joshua has experience in cross-border restructurings and regularly assists clients with both in-court and out-of-court matters, navigating multi-jurisdictional issues and coordinating strategies across Canadian and US proceedings.
Prior to joining Cassels, Joshua worked at a large advisory firm, where he gained extensive experience in business restructuring, insolvency, and turnaround services.
