Jessica Marshall is a law clerk in the Intellectual Property Group at Cassels, with a focus on trademarks. Jessica is experienced with handling all areas of trademark prosecution, from filing applications to the registration of trademarks and assisting with opposition proceedings. She also collaborates with foreign counsel to assist with managing trademark portfolios.
Jessica obtained her Law Clerk Diploma (Honours) from Seneca College and also has a certificate in the Fundamental Skills of Legal Project Management.
