Jamie Whalley is a paralegal with the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Jamie focuses on financing transactions and commercial real estate matters. She assists in the preparation of security documents, due diligence searches, reports and closing documents. Jamie offers extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of commercial real estate, having previously managed a legal department for a national commercial real estate developer.
Jamie graduated with honors in 2006 from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Legal Assistant Program. In addition to her in-house experience, Jamie has worked as a paralegal at national law firms in Calgary.
