Jackie (she/her/hers) works with borrowers, lenders, and businesses on a range of complex financing and transactional matters. As a member of the firm’s Banking & Specialty Finance Group, she supports clients on domestic and cross-border financings, secured lending transactions, and other corporate and commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Jackie summered and articled with the firm.
Jackie earned her JD from the University of Ottawa, where she served as Co-President of the Jewish Law Students’ Association, volunteered with the Pro Bono Students Canada ID Clinic, and contributed legal analysis to LEAF Canada’s Reproductive Justice Project. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
Outside of her practice, Jackie enjoys reading novels, skiing, and exploring Toronto’s restaurant scene.
