Haley Williams is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels, and a member of the Toronto Corporate Services team. Haley’s responsibilities include corporate maintenance such as business name, partnership and extra-provincial registrations and renewals, minute book reviews, assisting with incorporations, amendments and dissolutions in Ontario and Federally. She also assists with due diligence and conducting corporate searches.
Haley earned her Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies at Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology.
