Danielle Porter

Danielle Porter is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. In this role, Danielle provides assistance with general corporate proceedings for private companies. She provides support to lawyers and clients on corporate matters including, but not limited to, conducting various due diligence searches, preparing relevant forms and resolutions with respect to director/officer changes, address changes, registered and records office changes and routine corporate changes.
