Clark Wang is a member of the 2026-2027 Articling Student class at Cassels. He spent the summer of 2025 with the firm as summer student.
With a background as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Clark brings practical financial experience to his legal work. Before law school, Clark worked in public accounting. He gave tax advice, managed mergers and acquisitions, and supported business owners with complex financial needs. Clark earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa and was named to the Dean’s Honour List.
During law school, he was a semi-finalist at the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot Court Competition and served as an Assistant Editor for the Ottawa Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with High Distinction from the University of Toronto. Clark speaks both English and Mandarin fluently.
