Brittany Mark (she/her/hers) is a business law associate in the Franchise Law Group at Cassels. Brittany maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice with a specific focus on franchising, licensing, and distribution. She advises emerging and established brands on how to build, scale, and protect their franchise systems, and is committed to providing clear, practical, and business oriented legal guidance.
Brittany works closely with new and expanding franchisors to prepare and maintain franchise disclosure documents, draft and refine franchise and multi-unit development agreements, and structure franchise programs that are both legally compliant and commercially competitive. Known for her responsive and collaborative approach, she helps clients navigate regulatory changes, implement best practices, and address operational challenges before they become legal issues. Brittany has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, health and wellness, hotels and hospitality, education, home services, and professional services, among others.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Brittany previously summered, articled and completed an additional externship with the firm.
