Brittany Mark (she/her/hers) is a business law associate in the Franchise Law Group at Cassels. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Brittany previously summered and completed an additional externship with the firm.
Brittany graduated with Distinction from the J.D. program at Lincoln Alexander School of Law. At law school, Brittany was a founding member of the Lincoln OUTLaws and the Asia Pacific Law Students’ Association. She also volunteered with Pathways to Education on a weekly basis, acting as a mentor and tutor to high school students from low-income communities in Toronto. Over the summers of 2019 to 2021, Brittany interned at a multinational financial institution. Brittany received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Legal Studies Option from Wilfrid Laurier University.
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys trying out new restaurants, crocheting, swimming and skiing.
