Anna Glover is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Anna’s practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions. Anna regularly acts for both borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated lending transactions, asset-based lending facilities and acquisition financing. Anna is also developing experience working with a variety of financial services providers, including Canadian and foreign banks, money services businesses and commercial and consumer finance companies, advising on regulatory compliance with both federal and provincial law.
Anna graduated from the J.D. program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
