Adam Visheau is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Adam offers 20 years of corporate legal experience, offering his expertise in all aspects of corporate law to the firm’s lawyers and clients. Adam performs a wide variety of corporate work including tax reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, minute book reviews, preparation of remedial documents, incorporations and organizations, ongoing corporate maintenance, amendments, amalgamations, trans-jurisdictional continuances, dissolutions, revivals, extra-provincial registrations and related filings for corporations.
As an experienced member of the paraprofessional team at Cassels, Adam hopes to also participate in the training and mentoring of junior level clerks.
