Adam Veroni (he/him/his) serves as counsel in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Adam’s practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contract drafting, and entity governance and compliance. Adam takes a pragmatic, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach to his clients’ concerns.
Adam invests the time it takes to fully understand his clients’ business needs and what is important to them in order to serve as a trusted business advisor. This broad and diverse knowledge base also helps him to find common ground with those on the other side of a deal.
Prior to joining Cassels, Adam served as a partner at a Toronto-based business law firm.
