Lisa Rombough is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. With over two decades of experience, Lisa brings an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate to the firm. She assists with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including reviewing title searches; due diligence; drafting title requisitions and closing documents; conducting on-line searches and registrations and attending on closings. Lisa started her career as a residential law clerk and therefore, also has an extensive knowledge of residential real estate.
Lisa graduated from the Law Clerks Program at Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology and is an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
