Molly Gangbar’s paper, “Reaffirming Monitor Independence: Trees Corporation and the Role of the Monitor,” recently won third place in the Insolvency Institute of Canada’s (IIC) Law Student Writing Awards.
For over 20 years, the IIC Law Student Writing Award program has helped students across Canada foster an interest in insolvency law. The awards program encourages undergraduate students to research insolvency issues, develop ideas, and bring proposals for reform to the attention of the business and legal community.
