Lara Jackson has been selected to join the Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee (SPAC) by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
SPAC members provide valuable insight and feedback for enhancing the OSC’s administrative tribunal’s policy and procedural initiatives.
Members are selected for their excellent knowledge of Ontario securities law, significant practice experience in securities litigation, and strong interest in the development of securities regulatory proceedings policy.
Lara’s term officially commences on January 1, 2019, and members serve three year terms.
