Darrell Podowski has been named Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Mining Law Committee.
Darrell will serve a term effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, alongside Carlos Pérez-Cotapos, partner at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos in Chile.
The IBA’s Mining Law Committee seeks to promote the exchange of information and views, and to advance knowledge among individual members of the committee and others as to laws, practices, and procedures affecting all activities concerning minerals and mining throughout the world.
