Carla is consistently at the forefront of equipment finance in Canada, working on Canadian equipment finance transactions and bringing equipment finance companies into Canada. In fact, she (literally) wrote the book on it: Equipment Finance in Canada: The Authoritative Text for Learning Everything You Need to Know About the World of Equipment Finance in Canada. As Chair of the firm’s Corporate Responsibility Committee for the past five years, Carla is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s charitable, pro bono, and environmental impact.
Alessandro has built a successful niche in the complex areas of private credit, aviation, and fund finance. Clients praise Alessandro for delivering innovative solutions and value his proactive advice when structuring and executing transactions. With this expertise, Alessandro has co-authored several foundational texts on Canadian aviation law and is building an impressive practice. Outside of the firm, Alessandro is a strong advocate for various causes and organizations, including Law in Action Within Schools and Women in Fund Finance Canada.
