Brenda Swick has been reappointed by the Government of Canada to the Canadian roster of panelists under Chapter 10 of the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) which hears disputes by Canadian producers against anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed by the United States and Mexico against Canadian goods exported into those countries.
