Canada Border Services Agency Announces Initiation of a Normal Value and Export Price Review

On February 3, 2020, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), announced the initiation of a normal value and export price review respecting certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe exported to Canada from Korea by SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH).

Product details regarding the subject goods are contained in Appendix 1 of the Notice of Normal Value Review.

Response to the CBSA’s Request for Information are due by March 6, 2020. Failure to provide a response means that any previous normal values issued to the exporter will be immediately revoked.
