Darrell Podowski presented the topic “Mining Venture Agreements,” as part of the International Mining Short Course presented by The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law and the World Association of Mining Lawyers in Santiago, Chile on October 14-17, 2024.
This three day international mining law course provided international mining law attorneys, company managers, and others involved in the international mining industry with a solid foundation in the legal concepts, key agreements, and social and sustainability issues that are essential for anyone involved involved in mining projects or that advises clients in international or cross-border mining or related transactions.
