Peterson Eugenio is a law clerk in the Intellectual Property Group at Cassels with over 13 years of experience in intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademarks. Peterson is experienced in assisting clients with full cycle trademark prosecution in Canada from filing to registration, post-registration maintenance of trademarks as well as assisting in opposition and cancellation proceedings. Peterson also frequently collaborates with foreign counsel to assist clients in the management of international trademark portfolios from the filing and prosecution of foreign trademarks to post-registration maintenance such as renewals and submissions of declarations and/or evidence of use.
Additionally, Peterson has experience in the filing of domestic and PCT National Phase Entry patent applications in Canada as well as the filing of Canadian industrial design applications.
