Eva Hyderman is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group at Cassels. Eva’s practice includes both domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, including proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, informal restructuring proceedings, receiverships, and enforcement of security. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Eva previously summered and completed an additional externship with the firm.

Eva graduated from the inaugural class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. Eva was a founding member of the Lincoln Alexander Black Law Students’ Association and served as the organization’s first Secretary. Prior to law school, Eva received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Law & Justice from Algoma University.
