On November 6, 2026, Bunker Hill Mining Corp. acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silver47 Exploration Corp. for consideration of approximately $225 million. Following closing, the combined company intends to change its name to “Bunker Hill Silver Corp.” and will continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
