Suhuyini Abudulai will speaking at the OBA Consumer Law Committee’s “Recent Developments in Consumer Law” program. The program will feature panelists from the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and the Ministry of the Attorney General, who will provide critical insights on heavily anticipated recent amendments to the Consumer Protection Act (including reward programs and door-to-door agreements) and the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act. Suhuyini is the Chair of the Consumer Law Committee.
