On February 4, 2022, WonderFi Technologies Inc. completed a bought deal public financing of 18,750,000 units at a price of $2.40 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $45 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of WonderFi, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of $3.10 for a period of two years from the closing date of the offering.
