On May 26, 2021, Uranium Participation Corporation (“UPC”) closed a bought deal equity offering of 15,481,300 common shares at a price of $5.20 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $80.5 million, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
