On November 23, 2021, Trigon Metals Inc. announced its credit agreement with IXM SA (IXM) for a project finance facility for the restart of the Kombat mine in Namibia. The first tranche of the credit facility will be drawn down immediately, with the second tranche to be drawn down in December 2021.
Trigon and IXM signed an offtake agreement for the purchase of copper concentrate by IXM from the Kombat mine.
